COVID-19 Statement:

We can give demonstrations over Skype, Zoom, WhatsApp and FaceTime.

Assembly
We are closely monitoring Covid-19 public health recommendations and are taking all measures to ensure our products are safe. While most of our employees are now working from home, we are still shipping from London and Kent. Only one individual is working in each space at a time to minimise contact. Full PPE is worn to assemble, set-up and pack units and they are cleaned with alcohol wipes.

Social Distancing

The CollecTin is truly contactless and a good solution for the new reality we find ourselves in. Our opinion is that this crisis is another reason not to use cash. We are hearing advice being given to fundraisers to use gloves when counting cash, and to quarantine cash for 7 days incase it carries live coronavirus.
We have also tested contactless donations through a double glazed window to truly minimise contact. There may be opportunities to still collect at Supermarkets, and we are also working on ways to use our products as static unattended installations.

Touchscreens

We recommend the CollecTinMore is attended and operated by a volunteer to prevent cross contamination on the touchscreen and we are including alcohol wipes in each kit.

From recent articles, we can also see the meaning of contactless is now shifting to mean not just payments, but services that can be delivered without personal contact. We are keen to work with charities who want to trial new ways of fundraising in the community with Social Distancing being the norm for an extended period.
